Terms and Conditions

1. We undertake to take care of your dog(s), provide warm and dry individual accommodation of a size suitable for your dog(s) with a bed and necessary bedding, and will always consider their health, happiness and general well being.

2. In the case of illness, or suspected illness, a veterinary surgeon will be consulted and, if necessary carry out any treatment required. The cost will be at the owner's expense.

3. You will be charged according to the number of nights your dog stays, not days, although early arrival and/or late collection are subject to an extra cost.

4. Arrival time after 12.30pm, collection before 12.00pm - unless otherwise arranged and agreed.

5. If you remove your dog prior to the agreed date we may be left with a vacancy that could have been filled had we had due notice. For this reason we ask the owners to accept liability for full payment should you collect your pet earlier than the agreed date.

6. You are welcome to leave collars, leashes and SAFE toys etc. for your dog's stay. We will care for them to the best of our ability but accept no responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

7. Although we have full liability insurance, owners must be aware that by their very nature all animals are susceptible to illness, loss or injury. Therefore, owners should understand that all dogs are accepted at the owner's risk !
